How many times should i use my acne product?
I have been using Shiseido products for my acne since January, I use a foam wash first, then a anti-shine lotion that contains .5% salicylic acid then i use a oil-free moisturizer. Lastly i use a blemish treatment for the spots needed, this also has .5% salicylic acid. I haven’t seen any improvements except for less of a dry face, but my face is sometimes dry. Also my face usually has little bumps, my mom said it was from irritation. I use this process twice a day, once in the morning and once in the night. My question is if i start using this process once a day instead of twice a day for about a month then start using it once every two days, so on and so forth, will i start to see improvements? And if so, by using it once a day, should i use it in the morning or night. If it helps i have track practice after school. Please help me.
If you haven’t already, read the backs of all the products you’re using. They might tell you how many times your supposed to use them. If not, use it every few days.
