Would you suggest me La Mer moustirising lotion or oil absorbing lotion?

My skin is extremely sensitive, I had problem of spots and I have used Avene extreme tolerance cleanser and cream, it helped a lot. Now I have started using Clarıns and the cleansers are great. I am using combination -oily milk cleanser and the gentle foaming cleanser all skin types.

I’m not from Guam, but a good way to find out is to go on their website ( sephora.com) and ask or call them. If you find out that there isn’t one, you can always order from the site. Hope this helps

using creme blush………?

i use a foundation (max factor miracle touch) then apply translucent powder on top with a blush. i alwys use blush to bring colour to my face – currently bourjois rose d’or – which is a powder blush.
latley ive heard lots about liquid or creme blushes so ive tried two different ones but every time i try to rub the colour into my cheeks with my fingers i end up taking the foundatuion and powder off instead so i end up with a patch on my cheeks without make-up.
how do u get round this?

Use a brush. A stiffer blush brush. They lightly buff it in to the skin.

What are the job positions at Sephora?

Hello I would like to know what job positions are available at Sephora? I would like to apply for Sephora but do not know what positions they have available. I am one to like assisting customers and I absolutely love makeup. Can anyone let me know? Also does anyone have some advice on what to say/wear for a Sephora interview? and lastly, how much do they pay for the positions at Sephora. Go into Sephora, and act like you want to buy something, and see what the girls say to you, what they do. That’s what you’ll be doing. You’ll have to wear that black smock. And always lloking to make sure people don’t steal things.

It’s gonna be minimum wage. Whatever that is in NY.

I would dress nicely, but stylishly/even “trendy” for Sephora, and do your makeup impeccably!

Best semicheap ceramic flatiron?

Im going to go over to sally hansen beauty supply store because Id like to get a ceramic hair straightener. I dont have much to spend (seeing as christmas is just days away!) I wont be using it everyday or anything but I dont want a really cheap one that doesnt work well or fries the heck out of my hair. Any suggestions? Also, should I be spraying any products onto my hair before using it? Thanks!

Which mascara from Sephora?

I can’t decide which mascara to buy because what I’m really looking for is length and seperation/definition.

I have Lancome L’Extreme Waterproof. I like it rather well, I would buy it again except that I’m thinking of trying out another mascara from Lancome because I liked it so much. For the most part it shouldn’t clump or give you spidery lashes if you apply it only once or twice. It gives good volume and fairly good length to the lashes. I would recommend going into Sephora without any mascara on and trying on the tester, see how it works on you personally and if it flakes or clumps after a few hours. Sometimes I notice a little flaking but that could just be me. Hope that helps!

Note: If you’re looking more for a mascara that holds a good curl I would recommend buying a mascara with a curved wand.

I’m 18 can i use Lancome’s GÉNIFIQUE Youth Activating Concentrate?

i turned 18 on august 2011 and i have a few wrinkles around my eyes. apparently when i read the review some people said they were too young to be using it. So should i buy it? I also have some redness under my skin on my cheeks and i have normal to dry skin.

You can absolutely use it – there’s no real age limit on these products. However … if you want to know why there’s no age limit, it’s because the product doesn’t really do anything. I mean, come on ‘youth activating’? These products make such ridiculous claims, they can never live up to the hype. I know for a fact Genifique doesn’t.

Sorry for the disappointing answer. Good news though; the reason you’ve probably got a few premature wrinkles around your eyes is that your skin simply isn’t well hydrated. Or you’re using overly-harsh products – harsh exfoliators are often the cause. Honestly, a relatively gentle (since redness in the cheeks is a sign of sensitivity) moisturiser will work wonders for you. The Dermalogica products are great as they’re very effective as well as being gentle – i.e. they’re not harsh and don’t strip away your epidermis! I would really, really recommend the daily cream exfoliant if you want to buy an exfoliator as well – I use that once a week and it is amazing. Gentle but it really does clean out your pores and get rid of the dry bits of skin. Their products are quite expensive though, so if you’re looking for something cheaper – you are only 18! – try Simple’s products.

Okay so I don’t use MAC currently but I’ve used their foundation and lipglass. Hate the lipglass but love the foundation. Anyways, I know that their brushes are excellent quality. My mom uses all MAC products and a while back, she got a brush set for the eyes. She got a few eyeshadow brushes, and eyeliner brush, and a couple other ones. And she said that every year (I think) MAC has a sale and she got that set of brushes for 50 dollars. She told me to save my money cause I should get it haha.

Unfortunately, MAC does not have any sales. What your mom is talking about are the brush sets that run from 42-50 usd. They always have these sets during the holidays. Go to your nearest MAC store and find out when the release of their Hello Kitty collection is. There will be a brush set in that collection. You can get MAC for cheaper of you go to the CCO at the outlets, which sells past collection items and older items (whose packaging has been upgraded). You can also to Back to MAC, return any 6 empty MAC containers and get free lipstick or lipgloss.
