What is the best makeup for dark brown hair, hazel eyes, and medium fair skin?

I’m going to Sephora to buy new makeup, and I am not sure what the best makeup is for my facial features. I already have a good black mascara, but I am not sure what would be a good eyeshadow and eyeliner. I don’t need blush because my cheeks are naturally rosy, and I have a great concealer. Any suggestions?
