i got a new fish tonight. my friend works at a petshop and gave me a discount on some fish i liked. i dont remember the name of one and it looks about a inch long with silver head and the tail is blueish purple. i know it is not painted. can u help me with some names to look up on the internet to help me identifly it. its body is pretty long and skinny. also what do u know about a bumble bee goby. he gave me a baby one. no bigger than a pinky nail. thanks
I believe the bumblebee gobies are a brackish water fish. You might be best to call your friend up to find out what kind of fish the other one is. They may not be compatible. The only thing I can think of off hand for the silver w/blue tail would be a guppy or killifish.
