Why are ebay Makeup Palettes from Japan so cheap?
I see these 120 eyeshadow palettes being sold for dirt cheap and and wondering why? Is it really low quality or made with toxic chemicals?
i already know about cs
i wouldnt order those, sounds like they could be dangerous,
