How to Apply Gel Liner to the Waterline?
So I am planning on getting the non-smudge Maybelline Eyestudio Master Drama Cream Pencil. I don’t know how to apply any sort of gel/cream based eyeliner to the waterline….
You could use just a single angled brush or a flat top eyeliner brush. It’s almost the same concept as using a pencil, you just use a brush.
Though I wouldn’t recommend using gel/cream based liners on the waterline. They usually don’t last too long there & tend to smudge quickly (Even when set with black shadow) Gel liners tend to work better on the top last line. It’s best to stick to a eye pencil for the waterline.
