Frustrated with acne…. what should I do?
Currently I have a mess of products and I think the lack of routine is ruining my skin. I recently learned too much exfoliation is bad. I have been trying out a variety of products and I think that’s what’s freaking my skin out. I use Neutrogena cleanser and every other day Shiseido scrub, proactiv toner, Clinique night cream; and Kiehl’s moisturizer in the day. Is this too much? I have been trying to not irritate my skin so washing it less, but no difference. Any advice? Should I try the oil cleansing method, perhaps?
Use moisturizer at night too. Also, you need to give it time, it usually take 2-3 months for skin to clear up, give it that time. If after 2-3 months you’re still not seeing improvement then try a new routine for 2-3 months, if at the end of that time there’s still no improvement, then it’s probably time to see a Dr for a prescription.
