Eyelash Curler Question… Money is tight, but I’d really like nice, curly lashes… NYC vs Shu Uemura Curler?
Some people say the NYC (New York Color) Eyelash Curler is a very good curler, but everyone just RAVES about that Shu Uemura Curler.
Is it worth the splurge?
Is NYC even comparable to Shu Uemura?
I dont trust NYC stuff 2.99 eye curler it can be cheap but I prefer my revlon eye curler it cost 8 to 9 bucks it makes my eye lashes good nice it doesn’t pull them out .
