Will not using any hair products make my hair healthy?
I have cut out all hair products except for a sea salt texturizing spray without parabens and sulfates. (I have wavy hair so it helps with the texture) Would this make my hair even healthier? My hair is already really shiny and soft with out split ends or frizz, but I just want to make sure my hair is really healthy the longer it gets.
Nope I don’t use heat either, and if I do, I use Chi Iron Guard or Chi Serum.
try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it off. usually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hair
